It is always a difficult time for a family and you took extra care of every arrangement for which we are extremely grateful. The crematorium service was very personal and we are so pleased with the way the Minister conducted the service. At no stage during the day did we worry, as you handled everything with ease and professionalism. We would like to thank you for arranging for Jack's ashes to be strewn on the Lambert grave. The words and the sentiments you used were very relevant and moving. Jack is now at peace with his true love Doris. Thank you for making our memories good ones. It's not something any of us wish to go through, albeit it is inevuitable, but with your excellent service the whole process has been made so much easier. Mum was of course very special to us and we all felt comfortable and at ease entrusting her to your care. It was obviousily a very sad occasion for all the family but from the collection from Snydale Nursing Home through to the reception at the Rising Sun, the proceedings were handled with great dignity compassion and efficiency. This is a great testament to your service and particulary to Michael who was superb (please dont tell him I said that about him - I'll never here tha last of it). Our grateful thanks too to Terry and Peter who attended on the day and another gentleman whose name I did not discover. Their care helped us greatly.
