  Evelyn of Normanton aged 76 years died unexpectedly in hospital on Thursday 16th May. The beloved wife of the late Alan Shaw Evelyn will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral service and cremation will be held at Pontefract Crematorium on Monday 3rd June at 12.40 pm.   Les of Featherstone aged 83 years died peacefully at home with his loving family at his side on Monday 6th May 2013.   Reverend Ronald E. Ayres died peacefully on Tuesday 14th May aged 80 years. The dearly loved brother of Audrey and a very dear friend to many. Ron a loved, respected and honourable man served the community of Normanton with true dedication and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Normanton Baptist Church (the church Ron served in for over 30 years) on Friday 31st May at 12.00 noon prior to private interment.
